EEC Ventures believes that being guided by the Principles for Responsible Investment should, in the long run, lower the risk and increase the rate of return for investors financially involved in funds managed by EEC Ventures (e.g. EEC Magenta), while benefiting society as a whole.

In connection with the above, issues related to:

a) environmental protection (E – environmental),

b) promoting good practices in the area of fair social and employment relations (S – social responsibility)

c) ethics and transparency in corporate governance (G – corporate governance)

(collectively the "ESG" principles) are central to EEC Ventures' operations and integrated into the Funds' Investment Policies as well as their operational processes. EEC Ventures promotes the UN's Principles for Responsible Investments by making them an integral part of its strategic vision. We believe in the ability to create added value through ESG principles throughout the full investment cycle, from deal identification and due diligence, to portfolio investment monitoring, to exit.
